The
Advisory Firm's Privacy Policy
The Advisory Firm (TAF) is committed to privacy, the responsible use of
information, and the need to safeguard the privacy of our clients and
visitors to our Web site. TAF adheres to the 10 National Privacy Principles
set out in the Privacy Act 1988 as amended ("the Act"). These
Principles regulate the way in which private sector organisation's like
TAF can collect, use, keep secure and disclose personal information. This
statement sets out TAF's privacy policy for the use and holding of personal
information that is provided to TAF by you.
1. What do we collect?
TAF collects basic information regarding you or your company. This could
include name, work address, telephone numbers, e-mail address and any
other relevant contact details. We may also collect any information that
is submitted voluntarily to us.
Information may also be indirectly collected through the TAF Internet
access logs or cookies. This may occur automatically when you access the
TAF site. This information is used to enhance your visit to our site.
The TAF website does not store any personal information in cookies

and/or held by us for maintaining our records and in order that we can
communicate with you if you choose to do so in accordance with this policy.
TAF collects this information to facilitate our internal business operations
including fulfillment by us of any service requirements and to manage

that may be of interest. TAF also uses the information to respond to information

Please note, this Privacy Statement is based upon the requirements of
the 10 National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 as
amended ("the Act") and applies to information collected via
this web site as well as via the processes of TAF in the course of its
normal business.
6.Changes to the policy.
TAF will update this privacy statement as required. If changes to our
policy do occur, they will be posted on TAF's Web site so that those affected
are always aware of the type of information collected, how the information
may be used, and under what circumstances and to whom it may be disclosed
by TAF.
7. Sensitive Information
We do not collect, use or disclose sensitive information about you (such
as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, memberships, religious
beliefs, sexual preference, health or criminal record) unless you consent,
where it is allowed by law or in circumstances where it is required in
the course of providing our services to you.
